#1. Inline Injection Pumps 

In-line diesel injection pump uses one or more cylinders which are commonly known as barrels. As the name goes, an inline injection pump has got an internal plunger unit which is joined to the connecting cylinders. The plunger which moves back and forth opens a valve and allows the fuel inside.   When it strikes forward, it generates a huge force and fuel gushes into the combustion chamber.

This is the latest version of an injection pump which uses one injection pump. It has additional valves to control the amount of fuel to be introduced into the gas chamber. This, on the other hand, saves the fuel to a great extent. Distribution Injection Pumps are cost effective. Owing to its simple standards of internal devices, it looks more compact. It can handle pressure delivery up to 785kPa or more. It is fast, efficient and controls fuel consumption. It is programmed to self-monitoring and can operate on an array of parameters.
